I can’t fault the care provided by Beyea Care for both myself and my husband Alex. I can’t speak highly enough and can’t find any fault with care, the two male carers are excellent.
Ed encouraged respite for myself which I am now using 16 hrs a week, I have painting and drawing classes for 8 hrs Wednesday, this has made a huge difference to my life.
Alex feels his carers are very good, having regular carers is important, I can leave them to do food happily.
The rota comes every week and it is great to know who is coming and where we stand.
The district Nurse who comes in to attend Alex asked me who is providing care for Alex when I told them it was Beyea Care she said that “they were the best”.
We have been receiving care for several years, the care provided is very good, the carers are very kind and helpful. Regular carers come & we get to know them and enjoy that aspect.
Occasionally somebody new comes along but that’s not a problem.
We are very thankful for care as without them we wouldn’t manage to stay at home, when Mum (Lillian) has an off day I wouldn’t be able to cope.
I don’t know what I would do without carers, they keep me well as they remind me to take my medication & re-order / & keep a check on them.
Care is very good, the carers are very nice and very thorough, regular carers come which we like.We receive a rota every week so we know who is coming & the times. Ed comes to make sure everything is okay. We are really pleased with Beyea Care Ltd.
How would I describe Beyea Care … well a few words spring to mind: Fantastic, professional, reliable and very caring.
I can’t begin to explain what a difference they make to mine and my father’s life. I truly don’t think I would have coped with my father’s illness and been able to keep him at home without the support of Beyea Care. Everyone from Office Management and Carers have my father’s best interest at heart. It’s like having an extended family to call on. If I am ill or I go on holiday I can have a complete break because I know they will look after my dad and I don’t have to worry. I absolutely trust this company and I don’t use that word lightly. They go that extra mile, they are a superb support system for both myself and my father. They adapt well to his changing needs, have regular reviews to sure you and your loved one are happy with the care plan. If it needs a bit of tweeking they listen and try their hardest to accommodate your wishes.
They are not the first care company I have had for my dad... I have moved on for certain reasons. But not now. Beyea Care are Keepers!
